📋 OVERVIEW
Sand Booking Autofill is a browser extension that helps you fill in and submit forms on the Telangana government sand-booking portal (onlinebooking.sand.telangana.gov.in and related domains) faster — auto-filling your saved login, retrieving OTPs, and reducing the number of clicks needed to complete a booking. It requires an active paid license to work, which is verified against our own server.

🔐 DATA WE COLLECT
To do its job, the extension handles the following:

🔑 Portal credentials — Your login (mobile number/username) and password for the sand-booking government portal, saved so the extension can auto-fill them for you.

✉ Email address — Associated with your software license, used for license verification and support.

🚚 Vehicle registration number(s) — The vehicle number(s) you register for sand-booking slots.

🎫 License key & browser ID — Your paid license key, plus a randomly generated ID for the specific browser installation, used to verify your subscription is active.

📟 OTP-related values — Your mobile number/login and vehicle number, sent when you request an OTP be auto-fetched during login or vehicle registration.

🧾 Booking/operational details — Things like registration status, ticket/deduction details, and payment-channel references tied to your bookings, plus any message you send us via "Contact Us" in the extension.

💾 WHERE YOUR DATA IS STORED
🖥 On your device: your saved portal login, password, and preferences are stored in your browser's local extension storage (chrome.storage.local) — this never leaves your computer unless described below.

☁ On our server: when the extension verifies your license or the server asks it to sync your saved settings, that same saved-settings bundle — including your portal password, in the clear — is sent to our verification server at transactionfailed.com over an encrypted WebSocket connection (wss://, TLS-encrypted in transit). We're calling this out plainly rather than burying it: your password reaches our server, not just your browser.

🚫 We do not use this data for advertising, and we do not build behavioral profiles from it.

🧩 PERMISSIONS THIS EXTENSION REQUESTS
storage — Saving your login/preferences locally on your device.
webRequest / webRequestBlocking — Detecting and reacting to page loads/requests on the sand-booking site (e.g. to time autofill correctly).
Host access to the sand-booking portal — Reading and filling in the booking site's own pages; the extension is scoped to this site.
Connection to our license server — Verifying your license and syncing saved settings, described above.

🤝 THIRD PARTIES
We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with advertisers or data brokers. The only place your data goes outside your own browser is our own license/verification server (transactionfailed.com) described above — it isn't relayed onward to any other company.

🛡 SECURITY
🔒 Data sent to our server travels over an encrypted wss:// (TLS) connection, so it can't be read by someone eavesdropping on the network in between.
💻 Data stored in your browser is protected by your browser's own extension-storage security, same as any other extension you install.
⚠ Your portal password is not additionally encrypted before it's sent to our server on top of the TLS connection — please use a password you're comfortable with us being able to see, and let us know if you'd like this changed.

🗑 DATA RETENTION & DELETION
We keep your license/account data after a subscription ends for the duration of your license plus 90 days for support purposes, after which it's deleted.

You can remove everything stored locally at any time by uninstalling the extension. To request deletion of data held on our server, contact us using the details below.

👤 YOUR RIGHTS
👀 You can ask us what data we hold about you.
✏ You can ask us to correct inaccurate data.
🗑 You can ask us to delete your data (note: this will end your ability to use the extension, since it needs your saved login and license to function).
🔌 You can uninstall the extension at any time, which stops all local storage and any further data being sent to our server.

🧒 CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
This extension is a business/logistics tool and is not directed at, or intended for use by, children.
