Fixes third-party sign-in (Google/GitHub/Discord), which never worked
in the Firefox build. Bookmarks and browsing-history permissions are
now optional and off by default -- enable them individually from
Settings → Features → Permissions only if you want bookmark/history
search suggestions. Various other new-tab UI and reliability fixes.

(Version jumps to 0.3.0 to stay ahead of a previously approved 0.2.31
build; no relation to feature scope.)
