- Data Collection on This Website
Cookies
This website does not use its own cookies and does not deploy any tracking or profiling technologies. No personal data is collected for marketing or analytics purposes.
To measure the reach of our physical inserts (e.g. flyers in Cardmarket envelopes), we collect a limited amount of anonymous reach data (campaign measurement): when you open the website via a campaign link (e.g. /cminsert), only an event consisting of campaign, event type (page view or click on an extension-store link) and a timestamp is recorded. No IP addresses, no browser characteristics, no persistent identifiers, no profiles and no cookies are stored, and no cross-site tracking is used. This campaign measurement applies to the website only; the browser extensions send no data. The processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in measuring the reach of offline measures). The data is stored at Cloudflare (D1) and deleted after 24 months.
When visiting this website, technically necessary cookies (e.g. for bot detection or to ensure network and website security) may be set by our hosting provider Cloudflare. These cookies are necessary for the secure and error-free provision of the website and are processed on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases or exclude them in general. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be restricted.
Inquiry by email, phone or fax
If you contact us by email, phone or fax, your inquiry including all personal data arising from it (name, inquiry) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your request. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, insofar as your inquiry is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of the inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR) if this has been requested; the consent can be revoked at any time.
The data you send to us via contact inquiries will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been fully processed). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular statutory retention periods – remain unaffected.
- Browser extensions (LabelButler and MarketButler)
This website provides information about the browser extensions LabelButler and MarketButler. The extensions process data exclusively locally in your browser. The operator of this website does not receive or store any personal data from the use of the extensions.
LabelButler
LabelButler assists with printing shipping and accompanying documents (e.g. shipping labels) for Cardmarket and eBay. The data required for this (e.g. recipient addresses and order data) is processed exclusively locally in your browser and used solely for the creation of the documents. This data is not transmitted to the operator or to third parties. The Stamp Depot (management of stamps) stores the files you upload exclusively locally in your browser.
MarketButler
MarketButler is an extension for Cardmarket buyers. It runs exclusively on www.cardmarket.com and sends requests only to Cardmarket itself. There is no telemetry, no analytics, and no transmission of data to the operator or to third parties. All data is processed locally in your browser.
The campaign measurement described above applies solely to this website and not to the extensions; the extensions themselves continue to send no data to the operator.
