DealerHive Lead 360 by DealerHive

DealerHive Lead 360 shows a dealership's own DealerHive call history, AI summaries and
recommended next steps beside the customer they already have open in VinSolutions (VinConnect).

Requires both a VinSolutions CRM account and a DealerHive workspace. Without both, the
extension shows a sign-in prompt and no data - it is for dealership staff whose employer
uses both systems, and does nothing on any other website.

How it works

• On a VinSolutions customer page it reads the on-screen lead identifiers and asks DealerHive
  whether it holds a record for that customer.
• If it does, a badge appears in the page's existing banner area. Clicking it opens a panel
  with that customer's DealerHive history, notes and AI-recommended tasks.
• If DealerHive has no record, the badge says so and does nothing further.

The extension is read-only with respect to VinSolutions: it does not write to, submit forms
in, or automate the CRM.
