• 8 salary floors for 2026 — Holds the federal $684 a week floor plus the seven higher jurisdictions that bind in 2026: California, both New York rates, Washington, Colorado, Alaska and Maine.
• Back-pay exposure — Turns the hours worked over 40 into overtime owed per week, multiplies it over a 2-year or willful 3-year lookback, then doubles it for FLSA liquidated damages under 29 USC 216(b).
• Cost of the raise instead — Shows what lifting the salary to the floor costs for a year, next to the exposure, so the cheaper path is obvious before the next payroll run.
• Duties test gate — Salary alone never makes a job exempt. Clearing the duties checkbox flips the answer to not exempt no matter how high the pay is.
• Export and re-check reminder — Saves the worked result as a .csv row for your roster file and sets browser reminders 30, 14 and 1 days before the date you set to re-check floors.
