FACEIT UI Privacy Policy

FACEIT UI customizes the visual appearance of supported pages on faceit.com.

Theme settings, presets, panel preferences, and user-provided media files are stored locally in the browser. Uploaded media is not automatically transmitted.

Optional product analytics is disabled until the user makes a choice. If allowed, FACEIT UI may send a random installation identifier, extension version, event time, selected theme, brightness range, transparency values, media type, and interactions with extension features. Analytics does not contain FACEIT account identifiers, nicknames, page content, entered text, screenshots, media files, cookies, passwords, or authentication tokens.

The Bug Report feature sends information only when the user deliberately completes and submits the report form. A report includes the problem description, current FACEIT page URL, browser information, extension version, locale, theme, category, and submission time. Contact information, reproduction steps, a technical snapshot, screenshot, and selected-element metadata are optional.

Reports are transmitted over HTTPS through the FACEIT UI intake services and may be delivered to the developer by email for manual review. Bug-report information is retained for no more than 30 days. FACEIT UI does not sell user data.

FACEIT UI does not download or execute remote JavaScript. The Donate button only opens an external website; the extension does not process payment information.
