Fixes exports that failed with "Could not find user ID".
- Restored full follower/following exports. Instagram changed an internal endpoint; Followly now uses a method that returns every entry, in a stable order, with no duplicates or skipped accounts.
- CSV files now end with a proper line break, so the last row is no longer dropped by spreadsheets and database imports.
- Cancelling an export now stops it immediately, with no file written.
- The popup explains that profile picture links in the CSV are temporary and stop working after a few days.
- Default export speed is now the slow setting, which is gentler on your account.
