1. Unzip this folder somewhere permanent.
2. Open chrome://extensions and turn on Developer mode (top right).

• Your issuance date, not the headline date — A GE or ETI had to start issuing on 1 September 2026; a PME or TPE starts 1 September 2027. The tool picks your date from your size and counts the days left, or the days you are already past.
• Reception overdue counter — Reception of Factur-X, UBL and CII through a PDP has been mandatory for every French VAT-registered business since 1 September 2026, with no size waiver. The tool counts how many days you have been past that.
• Both fines with their statutory caps — €15 per invoice that should have been electronic and €500 per missed e-reporting transmission, each capped at €15,000 per year. The tool applies each cap separately and shows the uncapped figure so you can see the gap.
• The €250 to €500 e-reporting change — The original text set €250 per missed transmission; the 2026 Finance Act raised it to €500. The rate is a switch, so you can price both readings instead of trusting one number a chatbot gave you.
• CSV export of the scenario (paid) — Writes your inputs, both fines, the caps and the dates to a CSV row you can keep, attach to a board paper or hand to your expert-comptable. Unlocked by the $60 licence key.
• Deadline alarm (paid) — Sets a browser alarm for your issuance date so the 1 September 2027 PME cut-off does not arrive unnoticed. Unlocked by the same $60 licence key.
