Fixed:
• The Glasp toolbar no longer opens underneath the page's own selection popup. On sites that show their own toolbar over selected text, Glasp now notices it is covered and moves out of the way.

New:
• You can choose where the toolbar appears. Settings → Highlighting → Popup position: Auto, Above the selection, Below the selection, or Bottom-right corner.

Fixed:
• Highlighting works again on public government pages. Whole countries were excluded as if every page were a tax portal (gc.ca, canada.ca, gov.uk, gov.au), so public reports, statistics and legislation could not be highlighted. Signed-in portals (tax, immigration, benefits, digital ID) remain excluded.
• The extension no longer runs on devices on your own network — router and NAS admin pages, 192.168.x.x, 10.x.x.x, .local names.
• Four right-to-left rendering fixes for Arabic, Hebrew, Persian and Urdu pages, including tag suggestion names and banner text direction.

No new permissions, and no change to how data is handled.
