Minosin AB (Stockholm, Sweden) operates GTD Brain.

What this add-on collects
- Email address: you sign in with your email; a one-time code is sent to it. Used to sign you in and link the add-on to your GTD Brain board.
- Your content: the text you capture, and — when you keep them attached — the title, URL and selected text of the page you capture from. Stored with your board so it syncs across your devices.
- Usage events (optional, the "technical and interaction data" you can decline at install or in about:addons): anonymous events such as "popup opened" or "capture made", with a random install id and the add-on version. No page content, no browsing history.

What it does not do
- It never reads or modifies pages on its own: the content script only answers "what text is selected" when you open the popup or sidebar.
- No ads, no selling or renting of personal data, no sharing with third parties for marketing.

Storage & security
Data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore in the EU, encrypted in transit; only you can access your board. The sign-in token and install id stay in the add-on's local storage on your device.

Access, rectification, deletion (within 30 days), portability and objection — email admin@minosin.com. Account deletion is also available in the GTD Brain dashboard.

GTD Brain is not directed to children under 16.
