A listing tells you everything about the house and nothing about the life around it, what it really costs each month, or what the street is like. ListingMap rides along on the property sites you already use and fills those gaps, on a single listing and across a whole page of search results.

Open any listing and four tabs sit under the address:

Nearby
- Open a clean map of the home in one click, no copying addresses into a search box.
- Tap a category like gym, supermarket, train, bus, school, cafe or park. The nearest places drop onto the map with real travel times by car, public transport, walking and cycling.
- Choose the categories that open automatically, so every home loads with the answers already there, each on its own coloured pin.

Costs, on UK rentals
- See the real monthly cost: rent plus council tax for that band and council, plus energy and water estimates.
- Energy uses the building's own Energy Performance Certificate where one exists, priced at current price cap rates, so a draughty older flat and a new build show different numbers.
- Switch between 1 adult and 2 adults and the council tax discount and the bills follow.
- Every line shows where its number came from. Nothing is hidden behind a sign-up.

Safety, on London homes
- Recorded crime within 1 mile of the home, from police.uk data covering the last 12 months, compared with 50 well-known London areas.
- Tap the map shading over any cell for the count there, split by category.

Places
- Save your own places into lists, like work, your parents or the gym you actually go to, and see the travel time from every home you open. No more checking the same commute over and over.

While you browse search results:
- See what's nearby straight from a result card, without opening the listing first.
- Hide homes you've ruled out so they stay gone every time you come back, then review or restore them whenever you like.
- See the floor area and open the floorplan right from the results, where the site provides them.

Works on major property platforms across the UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australia. Cost estimates cover rentals in England, and the safety comparison covers London, for now.

Everything stays private. The extension only reads the location already on the listing page to place it on the map. It doesn't track your browsing, and your saved places and hidden homes stay on your device.
