Odigra Privacy Policy

Odigra collects information needed to operate its job-discovery and matching service and does not sell personal information.

Information we process
• Account identity supplied by Google or GitHub, including provider account ID, name, verified email address, and profile image.
• Résumé text after contact details are removed, your confirmed matching profile and location preferences, eligible job records and descriptions, evaluations, and provider usage measurements.
• Security and operational records needed to protect accounts and diagnose failures.
• Source suggestions and feedback you submit, including optional attachments.

Browser extension data
The extension accesses supported job-search websites during searches you start or scheduled searches enabled by your plan. It reads job listings, page addresses, and search-result content needed to discover, deduplicate, and assess roles. It does not monitor unrelated browsing. Account credentials, résumé and profile information, location preferences, eligible job records, and locally retained crawl results are used to provide job discovery and ranking. Raw crawl data and records rejected by the local eligibility stage stay on your device.

Use and storage
Account data is used for authentication, workspace isolation, résumé analysis, job evaluation, abuse prevention, and support. Google and GitHub access tokens are used to complete sign-in and are not retained by Odigra. Cloud records are scoped to your account and workspace.

Service providers
Odigra uses infrastructure, authentication, payment, and AI providers for account access, storage, checkout, résumé analysis, and job evaluation. They receive data needed for those operations. Payment-card details are entered on the payment provider’s hosted checkout and are not collected by the extension.

Feedback attachments are stored privately in Cloudflare R2, accessible to the authorized Odigra administrator, and deleted after 90 days. Images are re-encoded to remove embedded metadata. Report text may be retained to resolve issues.

Odigra does not sell user data or use it for advertising. Human access to private user data is limited to explicit consent for support, security needs, or legal requirements.

Your choices
You may sign out and revoke Odigra access in Google or GitHub account settings. Contact support@odigra.com for privacy, export, or deletion requests.
