About this extension
Skin prices and trade values, shown directly on Steam. Plus full automation of the P2P trades you make on OpnSkin.
Works on CS2, Dota 2, Team Fortress 2 and Rust. Prices work without an OpnSkin account.
In your Steam inventory
A price on every item and a total for the inventory. Select an item to see the cash price, the Steam price, the 24h change, the 7-day volume and a 30-day chart, plus float, wear and paint seed on CS2. Trade-locked items get a countdown. Items worth clearly more on OpnSkin get a "Sell on OpnSkin" button.
On the Steam Market
An OpnSkin price under Steam's price on every row of a search or browse list. On a listing page, a strip with the reference price, the weekly volume and the cheapest OpnSkin listing, with a buy link when it undercuts Steam.
On trade offers
Both sides are priced, so a lowball reads at a glance: the value you give, the value you get, and the net difference in cash and percent. You also see the other party's inventory value and whether they are an OpnSkin member: identity verified, number of sales, member since. An unbalanced offer gets a warning, a stronger one when it comes from a very young Steam account.
On Steam profiles
Inventory value, item count, tradable share and the three most valuable items. Public inventories only.
The trade assistant, for trades made on OpnSkin
Selling: click "Send Trade" and the extension opens Steam with the right item and the right buyer already filled in. You confirm, it tells OpnSkin. No trade ID to copy.
Buying: click "Accept Trade" and it finds the pending offer among all your Steam offers and takes you to it. Accept on Steam and receipt is confirmed automatically.
Escrow protection
OpnSkin holds funds for 8 days. During that time the extension checks Steam's trade history every 3 minutes: if Steam Support reverses the trade (a common scam), the transaction is flagged at once. At the end of the period the trade is verified twice, against the trade history and against the item's actual owner, before funds are released. Anything unclear goes to admin review instead of an automatic release.
Inventory sync
Open the OpnSkin sell page and your Steam inventory syncs through your own session, so recently received and still trade-locked items show up right away.
You control what it shows
Click the icon for the settings: one switch per Steam page, so it can coexist with another pricing extension, plus reference price (cash or Steam), currency, badge position, 24h change, 30-day chart, float, trade lock. The popup also lists trades to send, trades to accept and escrows with their release date.
Privacy
No passwords: your existing browser session is used. Nothing sold, rented or shared. The extension talks only to opnskin.com and Steam. Steam cookies stay in your browser and are never sent to OpnSkin. Price lookups send item names, not who you are. On Steam it runs only on your inventory, the Market, trade offers and profiles. Anonymous error reports help us fix bugs. Uninstall whenever you like: nothing is collected afterwards.
