Privacy policy for PageKeep — Save Page to PDF
PageKeep — Save Page to PDF by Lucid Dreams Software
PageKeep collects nothing, sends nothing, and has nowhere to send it to. No account, and no way to create one. No analytics, no telemetry, no crash reporting. No server. The extension makes no network requests of any kind.
YOUR PAGES
The page is photographed in your browser and the PDF or image is assembled there. The address of the page is never sent anywhere - which is exactly why it can save pages you are signed in to, where tools that ask a server to fetch the URL get a login screen instead.
WHAT IS STORED, AND WHERE
Your settings, and a licence key if you buy one, are kept in this browser's local storage. Sync storage is never written, so nothing travels to your browser account or to other devices. A licence is verified inside the extension against a public key built into it; activating one contacts nothing.
WHAT IT CAN REACH
It declares no content script and no host permissions. It can reach a page only when you press the button or the keyboard shortcut, through activeTab, which lasts as long as that page does.
