Policy Pal reads a privacy policy or terms-of-service page beside the document itself and finds the few clauses that would change your mind. Every claim it makes carries the exact sentence it came from, so checking it takes seconds instead of another tab and another wall of legal text.

WHAT A REPORT CONTAINS

• One verdict, in one word: Standard, Notable, Concerning, Severe, or Unclear — followed by a single sentence naming the most important thing the document does. Most decisions end here.
• Up to five findings, ranked, each explaining the consequence for you and whether the clause is common, uncommon, or rare.
• A verbatim quote behind every claim. If Policy Pal cannot find that sentence in the page, it drops the claim rather than guessing.
• The same eight standard questions every time — data selling and sharing, cross-site tracking, retention after account closure, government requests, international transfers, export, deletion, and notice of changes — answered Yes, No, Partly, or Not stated.
• A second fixed set for terms of service: content licences, forced arbitration and class-action waivers, termination without cause, automatic renewal, liability caps, indemnity, governing law, and unilateral changes.
