Adds an optional newest_buy_date column to the stocks export. Robinhood does
not show purchase dates on the positions page, so you supply them yourself:
export an account activity report from Robinhood, then import it on the new
options page. It is parsed on your device and the extension still makes no
network requests. Exports work as before without it -- the column is simply
left empty.
