- Rated 4 out of 5by ~PELIC, a year agoNearly perfect. The only missing feature (for me) is the ability to merge imported passwords.

posted a year agoHi! Thank you for the review! We'll note your +1 to help the team prioritize future improvements. - Rated 4 out of 5by tshrt, a year agoUsed RoboForm for years and while I'd say it performs better, ProtonPass is catching up in regards to compatibility and what not. I switched because I already pay for Proton stuff and felt silly paying for 2 password managers. I highly recommend Proton for web services(email, VPN, etc).

- Rated 4 out of 5by grace46202, a year agoThe sharing functionality could be more useful - I cannot see some fields (TOTP, custom fields, etc) in items shared to me by a paid user unless I am also a paid user. Otherwise it works great and is a solid privacy-respecting password manager!

posted a year agoThank you for your feedback and 4-star rating. We can only sustain our business through our community's choice to support us by subscribing to a paid plan, so with that in mind, some features are necessarily available only on our premium plans. This ensures that we are able to keep providing free privacy-first services to those who can't afford a subscription. - Rated 4 out of 5by pam, a year agoA few features are missing compared to Firefox's native password manager. The most relevant ones for me are a) keyboard shortcuts, and b) credential fields that are more than email-password pairs (e.g. AWS login that requires an Account ID, IAM Username, and Password)

- Rated 4 out of 5by ~dibref-labter, a year agoProton Pass it's a really good product but for it to be a flawless, five stars add-on it should allow a full 100% featured (minus sync, obviously) offline usage.
Developer response
posted a year agoThank you for your review. Currently, Proton Pass' offline mode is a read-only mode, which means that you cannot edit existing entries, nor create new ones. Nonetheless, we've shared your feedback with the team for future consideration. - Rated 4 out of 5by wasbak, a year ago
- Rated 4 out of 5by Lacroix, a year agoGreat extension. The only reason I leave 4 star is because of the annoying pop-up to rate the extension.

1 - Themes
2 - Remove aliases/login duplication. - Rated 4 out of 5by David Ward, a year agoI would rate 5 stars, but updates to the Firefox extension don't keep up with those to the Chrome extension. For example, Proton Pass introduced custom item types a while back, and within like a day, all their clients (mac, linux, chrome extension, etc) rolled out an updated version that supports them. Well, all except for the Firefox extension. Thus, custom item types can't even be seen - much less used - within Firefox. Otherwise this is a great extension with a pleasant UI.
Developer response
posted a year agoThank you for your review. The update for the Proton Pass Firefox extension is coming soon. Firefox sometimes takes a longer time to validate the updates of our extension, therefore the Firefox extension may receive the updated version and make it available to users a bit later after its release. We appreciate your patience in the meantime.
