About this extension
RedirectRatio by RatioWorks helps you understand what happens when a link redirects you somewhere else.
Instead of blindly following redirect chains, RedirectRatio analyzes navigation activity and presents the path in a clear, easy-to-understand interface.
Features
• Inspect redirect chains and final destinations
• Identify cross-domain redirects
• Detect common tracking parameters
• Create cleaner versions of tracking-heavy URLs
• Highlight possible geographic or location-based routing
• Identify URL shorteners and intermediary domains
• Flag potentially misleading link destinations
• Detect meta-refresh redirects
• Explain likely redirect intent using observable browser activity
• Copy or open cleaned destination URLs
• Local-first analysis with no RatioWorks browsing-history collection
Hidden Intent Analysis
RedirectRatio looks for observable clues that may explain why a redirect occurred, including tracking parameters, multiple intermediary domains, geographic-routing indicators, URL shorteners, and unusual redirect chains.
RedirectRatio distinguishes detected evidence from assumptions. A geographic-routing indicator, for example, does not automatically mean a website obtained your precise physical location.
