RewardSensei processes the information needed to provide its rewards-tracking service: your RewardSensei account email and identifier; card metadata such as issuer, card name, and last four digits; supported offers, benefits, loyalty balances, and derived monthly spending totals that you choose to sync. Raw transaction descriptions stay in extension storage.

The extension uses your active bank website session for supported workflows. RewardSensei does not ask for or store your bank username, password, MFA code, CVV, or full card number.

Required account and financial data is used to sync and display your rewards information. Optional, anonymous extension analytics and sanitized diagnostics may be sent to PostHog and Sentry only with Firefox consent. Optional merchant-site access compares the current hostname with locally cached offer merchants and can be removed in extension settings.

Cloud account data is stored with Supabase and protected by authenticated access controls and row-level security. RewardSensei does not sell or rent personal data and does not use extension data for advertising or lending decisions.
