About this extension
RSHotkeysEcosystem turns your browser into a hotkey-driven workstation — one consistent Alt+Shift+<letter> scheme across 16 commands.
Clipboard & text
- Format selected text: JSON pretty-print, CSS minify, Base64 encode/decode
- Search selection on Stack Overflow, GitHub Code Search, or MDN
Quick-launch workspaces (fully configurable from Options)
- Jump straight to Gmail, GitHub PRs, your calendar/notes app, your media app
Tabs & windows
- Mute/pin/close-tabs-to-the-right, dock a reference window beside your current one
Dev utilities
- Copy the page as a Markdown link, capture a screenshot to clipboard, toggle localhost dark mode, cycle a tab between your local/staging/production hosts, hard refresh bypassing cache
Only 4 shortcuts ship with a default key binding — that's a hard platform limit on how many an extension can auto-bind. The rest take a few seconds to assign yourself from the popup's "Configure shortcuts" link.
No network requests, no analytics, no data collection of any kind — everything runs locally in your browser.
