    Add smart greetings & anchor-aware positioning
    Refactor greeting settings to add a "smart" mode with time/day-aware and optional weather-flavored greetings, name interpolation, deterministic random selection, and weather parsing. Adds UI controls (mode select, name input, weather toggle, custom text) while preserving legacy custom greeting behavior.

    Improve widget positioning by introducing anchor fractions and transform-origin handling so widgets scale/grow from their pinned corner. Update clamp/snapping and reflow logic to account for anchor offsets, observe content resize to re-clamp, and fix scaling during touch-resize. Also set weather-widget default position to (0,0) and make a small startpage.html UI fix to the Spotify artist dash.

    These changes improve greeting flexibility and make widget anchoring/dragging behave consistently when content size or scale changes.
