Vid-o-Mark by Pandafou

Vid-o-Mark remembers where you stopped in a video and resumes it there — a course, a series, a documentary: close the tab and playback picks up at the right place next time.

WHAT YOU HAVE ALREADY WATCHED
• Videos watched to the end join a history, with the date and view count.
• In episode lists and on thumbnails, a “✓ seen” tag or the stop position shows before you even click.
• When a video opens, a discreet card reminds you where you were.

RESUME THAT HOLDS
• Ads no longer erase the saved position.
• Changing quality no longer loses it.
• If the player resets itself once loaded, the position is re-applied.
• On streaming sites the video is attached to the site’s page, not the player’s address.

BROWSING COMFORT
• YouTube’s own “skip ad” button is pressed for you as soon as it appears.
• Ad tabs that open on the slightest click are blocked — your real links keep working.
• When an opening is refused, a card says so and lets you unblock the whole site in one click.
• Hidden trap links in the page are disarmed.
• Ads inside the page are filtered too, discreetly; the option can be turned off.

SOUND
• A limiter tames overly loud passages without muffling dialogue, with an adjustable maximum level.

EVERY DAY
• Playback speed is remembered per site: set once on a course site, it is restored for every video.
• Audio files are tracked like videos: podcasts, catch-up radio.
• Two checkboxes per site: remember nothing here, or block nothing here.
• Export and import of your history as a single file.

EVERYTHING IS OPTIONAL AND REVERSIBLE
Every feature can be ticked or unticked in the add-on menu. The interface is translated into 19 languages, chosen automatically from your browser, and adapts to touch on phone and tablet.

PRIVACY
No data leaves your device. Nothing is collected, transmitted, sold or shared. Positions live in your browser’s local storage, and one button clears them all.
