    What's new vs 8.9.7.47:
    - First-party identity-path handling: ISP/MFA login flows (e.g. Spectrum id.spectrum.net) are not treated as host-only phishkit IoCs when navigation stays on the provider family.
    - Browser enterprise policy contract alignment (managed schema, Scout LocalApi relay, store-primary Edge/Chrome/Firefox without stale sideload allowlist blocks).
    - Extension Test Lab and Anti-Venom watermark/banner/deny surfaces verified on Chrome, Edge, and Firefox (2026-09-01).

    Permissions unchanged: tabs, storage, scripting, browsing activity for policy enforcement and telemetry relay to local Scout agent when present.

    No collection of credentials. Browsing evidence is relayed per org policy to DualStrike XISEM for MSP/client security operations.
