If you intentionally pause a video, YouTube Keep Playing leaves it paused. Playback is only resumed when the extension detects a recognized YouTube inactivity confirmation — simply finding a paused video is never enough.

The extension does not intentionally store or transmit video titles, watch URLs, browsing history, playback positions, cookies, authentication data or account identifiers.

It only requests the Firefox storage permission and access to:
https://www.youtube.com/*
