YouTube Music keeps playing the audio. This draws its own fullscreen screen on top, in colours taken from whichever cover is playing.

<li><strong>Colour out of the cover.</strong> The background gradient is sampled from the album art, so every track brings its own room. Nothing is themed by hand.</li>
<li><strong>Lyrics that follow the song.</strong> Timed lines from LRCLIB, lit one at a time, the column scrolling itself. Where LRCLIB has no timings for a track, YouTube Music's own lyrics are shown instead.</li>
<li><strong>The queue.</strong> Carrying autoplay's tail on the end of it, numbered in one run — but only for a song playing on its own, never on an album or a playlist, where the tracklist is the point.</li>
<li><strong>Controls, always visible.</strong> Play/pause, previous, next, a scrubbable progress bar, and volume in the corner.</li>
<li><strong>The cover as a physical sleeve.</strong> It turns in 3D under the pointer and catches a highlight where you push it, and is still whenever nobody is touching it.</li>

<strong>Opening it.</strong> The fullscreen button in the player bar, or press G on any YouTube Music page. C and Q show the lyrics and the queue; [ and ] nudge the lyrics 0.1s earlier or later, for when a contributed timing runs a little ahead of the song. The keys match on physical position, so they still work with a non-Latin keyboard layout switched on.

<strong>Contrast is checked, not hoped for.</strong> Every cover is measured against the composed background and the room is darkened until the body text clears 4.5:1. Motion respects prefers-reduced-motion, all controls are keyboard reachable, and the progress bar takes arrow keys.

<strong>What leaves your machine.</strong> With the lyrics lookup on, the track's title, artist, album and length go to lrclib.net — once per track, cached for the session, with no cookies and no referrer, so nothing identifies you and nothing says which page you are on. Nothing else in this extension talks to a network at all. Turn the lookup off in the toolbar popup and the request is never made. There is no background script, and the only permission is storage.
