I have no idea how to set up audio. I appreciate that I can pick & choose my preferred source, but I simply don't know what all these words mean. Please install some default audio settings once you've picked the language you'd like to learn.

Good idea, but too messy when consulting it. It needs a visual rework to make it more clear to use.
Also, this is cleary made with only Kanji in mind. British dictionary lacks of synonyms, antonyms and better explanations.
Good for a beginner, but not for who needs a better advanced user case.

loved it. however, PLEASE make it stop telling me "welcome to yomitan!" every single time i open firefox! would give 5 stars otherwise.
