Does what it says, above each item image there's a little sand timer to show it's reading the ingredients, then it shows either a red 'no entry' sign or green tick to indicate if it's okay. It even seems to work on the results menu when searching for items, meaning you don't have to click on every item individually to check if it's vegan. Great add on!
