On another note, the biometric unlock option is being gradually rolled out. It will be available on Firefox as well, but we're taking our time to deploy it progressively since the feature is tricky. Make sure to keep your browser and the Proton Pass extension up-to-date for any improvements.

    Good, but needs slightly better field recognition. Still have to manually copy and paste on some sites.

    Works great on most points!
    But the current bug with PIN code not getting focus on opening is a problem and really needs to be fixed. I have to explicitly place the mouse in the field, which is super unproductive.
    I'm experiencing the same issue in Firefox in both Linux and Windows, and I also noticed it in the Proton Pass desktop app at some moments.
    Though it seems that when using the shortcut keys (Ctrl+Shift+Y and Ctrl+Shift+L) the issue doesn't seem to happen in the browser.

    My passwords are now obscured by a giant advertisement every time I open the extension. As a paying customer, I am disgusted.

    Sorry to hear that. You can dismiss the notification, after which it shouldn't show up again. You can also disable such notifications by navigating to http://account.proton.me → Settings → Subscription → scroll down to "Application notifications" → disable "In-app notifications".

    So you open web extension to search for a password and there's a banner over the content offering you some deal. Very disgusting.
