This version changes how the extension works: instead of just flagging a blocked site with a notification, it now actively blocks the page and shows a ShomerDNS block
page in its place.

• No sign-in, account, or VPN connection needed — same as before.
• If the check can't be completed (e.g. you're offline), the page loads normally rather than getting stuck.

Note: this only blocks the page itself — it doesn't block ads or trackers embedded inside pages that aren't blocked. For that level of filtering, use the full ShomerDNS
VPN.
