Thanks for both notes, and sorry it was broken. I have fixed the bug. Firefox used to require that "access local files on your computer" permission to access urls (as it could have included file:// urls) but now they have split that apart into separate "urls" and "local files" permissions so the plugin has been updated to only request urls permissions.
